What We Don't Collect

Neatphix does not require registration. We do not collect, store, or process any personal information. This means:

No names, email addresses, or phone numbers
No accounts or login credentials
No location data
No device identifiers or advertising IDs
No usage analytics or behavioural data
No contact lists

We don't know who you are. That's the point.

How Photos Are Handled

All photos shared through Neatphix are end-to-end encrypted. Only members of your group can view them. Our servers cannot decrypt or access your photos under any circumstances.

Photos are stored temporarily and automatically deleted after the group expires. We do not use your photos for training, advertising, or any other purpose.

Face Opt-Out Feature

Neatphix includes an optional feature that allows you to exclude yourself from group photos. Here's how it protects your privacy:

A mathematical face embedding — not a photo — is generated entirely on your device
The selfie used to create the embedding is immediately deleted and never uploaded
All face processing happens locally on your device — no facial data is ever sent to our servers

Third-Party Services

Neatphix does not share any data with third parties for advertising, analytics, tracking, or any other purpose.

Children's Privacy

Neatphix does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since no personal data is collected from any user, children are protected by the same privacy architecture as all users.
